The nozzle is retractable and covers inside a guard gate when not in use. This also helps to keep the nozzle clean.

The water pressure has 4 positions. Based on what your requirement is, you can set the pressure level. The spray, however, feels softer and gentle even at the highest pressure level. The Guard gate manually opens to give access to the retractable nozzle. The nozzle retracts below and performs the magical cleaning. You did not need anything else to install Luxe Bidet Neo 120, everything comes in the box. Moreover, the installation is pretty easy (US standard fittings) once you get the idea from the user manual.
