The main benefits of using great jars instead of the small size is the storage capacity as in large one you can store relatively huge amount of cooked goods, its ability of storing different things specially for dry goods, and the nice wide mouth of these containers that allow you to get inside it with zero hassles.
I hope you have already heard about the BPA. BPA stands to bisphenol A, a chemical substance found in several plastics made of polycarbonate. Along with BPA there is the Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). While the PVC is being produced, several other substances such as vinyl chloride, dioxins, ethylene dichloride, phthalates, cadmium, and other toxic chemicals are released. These widely known as harmful chemicals for health and the environment substances have been reportedly found in most plastic food containers. This lead to my preference to the BPA-free glasses containers that are also easy to clean and don’t keep any sense or smalls.
Most of these items have silicone or rubber ring to ensure that the standard thickness of the glass gets an airtight seal. In reality, you can find a variety of packs from the local stores. I prefer the two unities pack as it has the exact similar features than the one found at a party outdoors.
The glass of these items is fairly clear, they’re giant containers, and what I liked the most is the rubber gasket conceived to seal it in so you don't have to worry about debris, evaporation, bugs or anything similar to that. I can’t stress enough that these models or brands have a really nice big opening which makes it nice and easy for you to clean especially if you have pulp.
I recently realized that the hotels have a lot of similar pots in their Lobbies. I also use the item number five when I invite a number of people for parties. In reality, there are plenty of brands and models of the one-gallon glass jar in the market and depending on your project you can choose to use the small size or a one-gallon container. Of course, there several factors for choosing right size. But I would rather have a large jar like these five models shown in this article and being only half full as opposed to not having enough drinks because they're going to be filling up a lot. For example, if you were in a barbeque or something like that you would probably going to want a lot of beverage and a big container would fit your project rather than any small pot.
